13th International KEYRUSSIA MOLECULA workshop 27.10.2025 —successfully completed!

It was a busy, dynamic and very productive day.
From morning until evening, the workshop venue was filled with participants from leading companies in our target audience, including MICE and Event, customized and VIP travel, and concierge services.:

💬 Over 50 exhibitors from Russia, CIS countries, Middle East, Asia and Africa.
🔥 The number of invited professional buyers has significantly increased.
🤝 Exhibitors held hundreds of targeted meetings - most of which were scheduled in advance through the Event Rocks platform – our long-term IT partner.
🌍 KEYRUSSIA MOLECULA has become a real meeting point for bright professionals in our market, both exhibitors and professional buyers.
📌 Throughout the day the “Vysotskiy” conference in “Arbat Stars” Hotel & Apartments 5* was filled with lively professional communication: new directions were discussed, details of future projects were clarified, new partnerships were formed. It was particularly pleasing to see that the atmosphere remained not only businesslike, but also warm and friendly.

🥂 The day ended with a traditional evening cocktail where we summarized the results, introduced partners of constantly growing KEYRUSSA alliance and awarded prizes.
The number of prizes provided by the exhibitors was a record, and the prizes themselves were not just original, but truly unique.
There were toasts, smiles and discussion of joint plans for the future.

The international workshop MOLECULA for MICE & FIT tailor-made has been held annually since 2018.

  • The event was always held in the format of personal meetings - offline
  • Over the past few years, the workshop has been held twice a year, in spring and autumn, due to the seasonality of business in different countries and regions of Russia, as well as increased interest in the event
  • The organizers are experienced B2B representative companies of leading DMCs from Russia and abroad
